Received his degree from the School of Laws and Political Sciences of the University of Panama in 1947; has been a professor of Labor Law in the University of Panama, Labor Procedure Law and Civil Procedure Law in the Santa Maria La Antigua University, 1968-1971. Passed away on May 17, 2003

Obtained the title of Doctor in Banking Law from the University of Nice, France. Is partner of our law firm since 1970. Languages: French and English

Lic. Venus Illueca de Tulipano

Born in the City of Panama, Republic of Panama, on the 20th of September of 1944. Received her degree from the School of Laws and Political Sciences of the Santa Maria La Antigua University in 1986. Received her Psychology degree from the University of Panama. Master in Family Sciences from Santa Maria La Antigua University. She is currently Director of the Santa Maria La Antigua University, Law School. Partner of our law firm since 1987.
